Additional Fees:
Overnight Guests
Some cottages can accommodate up to 8 people however arrangements must
be made at time of booking.
Additional costs for each overnight
guest: $25/day or $100/week
Vehicles
each cottage has parking for 2 vehicles.
Additional vehicles are subject to
charges of $10/day or $50/week
Visitors
Visitors are welcome at Shady Nook but arrangements MUST be made in
advance. We appreciate that visitors end their stay by dusk.
A daily charge of $10/person applies to
all visitors that exceed cottage maximum (6 persons). If your visitors vehicle exceeds
the 2 vehicle limit per cottage, an additional $10/vehicle charge will
also apply.
Shady
Nook Cottages reserves the right to limit additional overnight guests
and/or daytime visitors.
Group Rates:
Book three or
more cottages for the same week or weekend and save. Cottages must be
booked at the same time; group rates not applicable during summer:

Check
In/Check Out times:
Summer:
CHECK-IN - 3pm ~ CHECK-OUT - 10am
Please note that during our busy summer season, we are unable to offer any
flexibility to our check-in/check-out times. Thank you for your
cooperation!
Spring/Fall/Winter:
CHECK-IN - 2pm ~ CHECK-OUT - 10am
We will be happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when
possible during spring/fall/winter however arrangements MUST be made
in advance!
PLEASE NOTE: Guests supply their own towels and bedding (pillow cases,
sheets and BLANKETS)!

~ Payment Policy ~
Valid Credit Card # required at time of booking on ALL rentals for
security
reasons.
All rentals: $100 deposit (per cottage) required at time of booking.
Balance due, in full, upon arrival.
Summer rentals: Two deposits required: $200 by January 15th.
$200 by
May 15th. Failure to pay either deposit will result in cancellation of
reservation and forfeiture of any deposits already received.

Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Debit
All
rates subject to 13% HST.
~ Cancellation Policy ~
Spring/Winter/Fall rentals: Cancellations up to one week prior to arrival will
result in deposit being credited to another rental within six months.
Less than one week cancellation notice will result in deposit being
forfeited.
Summer rentals: Cancellation (in writing) up to 30 days in advance will
result in deposit being credited to another rental within six months. Less
than 30 days cancellation notice will result in deposit being forfeited.
