Summer:
CHECK-IN - 3pm ~ CHECK-OUT -10am
Please note that during our busy summer season, we are unable to offer any
flexibility to our check-in/check-out times. Thank you for your
cooperation!
Spring/Fall/Winter:
CHECK-IN - 2pm ~ CHECK-OUT - 10am
We will be happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when
possible during spring/fall/winter however arrangements MUST be made
in advance!
PLEASE NOTE:
Guests are to supply own linens and towels!

~ Payment Policy ~
Valid Credit Card # required at time of booking on ALL rentals for
security
reasons.
All rentals: $100 deposit (per cottage) required at time of booking.
Balance due, in full, upon arrival.
Summer rentals: In addition to deposit noted above, a second deposit
of $300 is required by May 31st (per cottage) or initial deposit is
forfeited
and reservation cancelled. Balance due, in full, upon arrival.
Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Debit
All
rates subject to GST & PST.
~ Cancellation Policy ~
Spring/Winter/Fall: Cancellations up to one week prior to arrival will
result in deposit being credited to another rental within six months.
Less than one week cancellation notice will result in deposit being
forfeited.
Summer: Minimum 30 days written notice of cancellation will result in
deposit being credited to another rental within six months. Less than
30 days cancellation notice will result in deposit being forfeited.
